It's been 4 months since I started The Travel Tub, and I can honestly say that blogging has been one of the most challenging thing I've done in my entire life (I'm not trying to exaggerate).
The term sounds easy and simple though, but not until you place yourself in the situation where you have to squeeze your brain and thoughts when you got run-out of ideas. Nevertheless, completing a blog gives you the feeling of fulfillment. As a newbie, it helps me a lot when I read and apply tips from other well experienced bloggers.
But why do I waste my time in writing blogs? How does it helps me anyway?
The prestigious Beauty Pageant, Miss Universe, have finally declared this year's winner; Miss Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach of Philippines. But before the announcement of her victory, there was an epic failure made by the pageant's host; Mr. Steve Harvey.
Mistakenly, Mr. Harvey announced Miss Colombia (Ariadna Gutierrez) as the winner. It was a real awkward moment when he returned in front of the crowd and apologized for his mistake, where Miss Colombia was already wearing the crown. Everyone was thinking that he was just about to make a joke.

The Paris tragedy that happened just this Friday, 13th November 2015, has deeply saddened the world. The multiple attacks that were considered to be heartless and inhumane have killed at least 120 and injured 200 civilians (source BBC.uk). Eight attackers were dead after the killing.
France has declared a state of emergency and closed its borders.
A lot of different speculations emerge as to what have been the real score behind this incident.
1. Be Humble
2. Be Natural
While introducing you sa other rich and famous na kaibigan ng mga kaibigan mo, mag-english englishan ka, kunwari natural na sayo ang makipag usap in english, kapag may hindi ka naintindihan sa sinabi, mag excuse ka at magpretend na may tumatawag sa phone mo para makaiwas.
3. Be a Good Researcher
Kapag nagchichikahan ang mga rich and famous mo na friends (in english) habang nasa starbucks kayo, magbrowse-browse ka sa mamahaling iphone mo kunwari, sabay search sa google kapag may narinig kang unusual english words para magamit mo rin later on. Free wi-fi naman basta mag-order ka lang kahit tubig in a bottle!
I started my career in the Philippines as an Admin for Travel Division (for 10 months) just after I graduated my Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism in the year 2010, and about a month or two of trying my luck by sending my CV online for opportunities abroad, fortunately, I received an offer in Dubai, UAE (which of course, I immediately grabbed).
It was in June 2011 when I arrived in Middle East and started to experience the Arabian culture.
It's been my greatest dream to travel, see and experience the world ever since, reason why I was so eager and determined to work overseas and thus, working abroad is the easiest way I see to fulfill that dream whilst earning to support my family and for my future (since 'am not qualified to be a flight attendant nor to work in a cruise ship, huhu!).
A lot of people in this world are sure loners, they prefer to be all alone by themselves as they better enjoy “quiet and peaceful” surroundings.
I’ve been there, done that.
As an only child, I never feel good being with so many acquaintances and random people. It never makes me happy, instead, I easily get irritated, mad and bored.
I prefer privacy and do things on my own. Asking favors from others makes me feel lame, stupid and useless. I became choosy, sensitive and perfectionist. Mistakes and flaws usually disappoint me. I hardly trust anyone and became self-dependent. Never did I wish to ask for somebody’s advice and help for I don’t want to owe them anything.
I was paranoid!
"Yeah, bring them on!" - Arousing my problems is better than avoiding them, so I'm calling out to "bring 'em on!".
Complications, dilemma, disputes, headaches, issues, obstacles, troubles, doubts, name it! I'm used to them, really! They made me unbreakable, yes! That's how I am. Unbreakable. Or maybe, I was already broken into several tiny pieces that there's nothing left in me for the problems to break and there's no reason for me to feel such.
Marriage never gets me so excited ever since. I don't know why but that's how I feel about it. I just so love my surname that I don't even want to change it - and that's what getting married does.
During my teenage era, I planned not to get married before my 25th year and never even imagined seeing myself getting married before my 30th. I wanted to have my own happy family in the future but doesn't want to get involve with its beginning. Sounds insane though, but that's how crazy my notions are, or maybe that's how an unready thought runs back then.

Low salary? Tired? Upset? Irritated? Not appreciated? Do you want to give up? Losing a job is very easy, as a matter of fact, you can do it in just a single snap, but let's discuss about that and do it in a gentle way.
1. Be Late.
Punctuality is the best way to start your day at work, it's like start your day right and you will end your day right! Every boss likes such employees, they see you as a role model to other colleagues by coming to work on time. So be late to get your employer upset.
2. Get Lazy.
Are you the type of employee who works hard to the extent of forgetting what date, day and time is it, but is taken for granted? Don't be rude to yourself, take a break, get lazy, play Candy Crush or Flappy Bird and chitchat with your friends on Skype and Facebook. Forget about your deadlines and reports, those can wait after doing some relaxation on your desk. You are not a robot, but you see, robots are better than you for they get recognition.
Ever think or wonder how a person gets to be HAPPY? Well, the truth is I am also not 100% sure about the answer. But if you are going to ask what my opinion would be, here's my answer.
A happy person means a happy life, it is a contentment and a great fulfillment. I am not merely talking about plain happiness, what I'm saying is happiness from inside. As a normal human, you will not be able to explain it literally but you will feel it from within. It's an amazing feeling where you get to contaminate others with it. Think about this, happy people eventually make others feel the same. It is something very important in this world aside from Love (the greatest of all).
